For more than three decades, Lisa Mitchell has built Nikki Taylor Salon around a simple belief: beautiful hair is about more than a great style—it’s about making people feel confident, valued, and truly cared for.

Since founding Nikki Taylor Salon in 1994, Lisa has created a welcoming salon family where clients become friends, and every person who sits in our chairs receives personalized attention. What began as a passion for hairstyling has grown into a salon built on relationships, trust, and family. Nikki Taylor Salon is named after her two beautiful daughters, Nikki and Taylor, making the salon a reflection of what matters most to her— family, connection, and creating a place where everyone feels at home.

Lisa is proud of the salon family she has created and looks forward to welcoming both longtime clients and new faces into the Nikki Taylor Salon experience.
